Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Exterior Maintenance Assistant Manger [Full-Time] whose primary responsibility is overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the exterior grounds of Fleet Landing's 125-acre luxury retirement community campus in Atlantic Beach, Florida. This role involves managing landscaping, grounds keeping, and exterior facility maintenance to ensure a safe, aesthetically pleasing, and functional environment for Residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the maintenance of lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and other landscaping elements.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of exterior structures, including walkways, parking lots, fences, and outdoor recreational areas.
- Ensure that all exterior operations comply with safety regulations and standards. Identify and address potential hazards promptly.
- Schedule and prioritize work assignments for the grounds keeping team.
- Coordinate seasonal landscaping projects, including planting and mulching.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required.
Experience:
At least 5 years' experience in the grounds maintenance or a related field. Must have at least 3 years of commercial landscaping management experience.
