Your Opportunity
Fleet Landing is seeking an Admissions Liaison for Health Services. The primary duties of this position are developing and maintaining referral sources, promoting and communicating the philosophy of Fleet Landing an referring appropriate clients to our health services programs.

Responsibilities:
The Admissions Liaison is responsible for planning and implementing marketing and sales activities for Fleet Landing programs. Major functions include developing and maintaining referral sources, service coordination, promoting and communicating the image and philosophy of Fleet Landing, sales support to programs, and referral of clients to appropriate and desired services.
 
 
Key Duties:
 
 
  • Develop and maintain contact with key targeted referral sources.
  • Develop new referral sources as needed to achieve ADC/Episode count.
  • Provide referral sources with current information on our services.
  • Achievement of individual sales/volume goals as developed and prioritized by Health Services leadership and develop the annual marketing plan with leadership.
  • Ensures any Resident at a hospital or IRF is met in person to promote a smooth transition back to Fleet Landing.
  • Develop the annual Marketing Plan with the Health Services leadership and participates in ongoing planning and marketing evaluation activities, including: ongoing competitive analysis, marketing needs assessments, and tracking of referrals. 
       
 
 
         
 
Qualifications:
 
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field preferred. 
 
Experience:
One (1) year experience in home health or skilled nursing environment. Prefer experience in marketing activities in the home health or hospice environment. Valid state driver’s license required. Two (2) years of sales experience.
 
Employment Variables:
Must be able to work flexible schedule; nights, weekends, some holidays as designated by the Senior Director of Health Services. 
 
Supervision
Reports directly to the Home Health Administrator.
