Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality leadership by exhibiting the highest moral and ethical behavior
- Assist the manager and assistant manager in progressive discipline, coaching, documentation, and termination.
- Assist in scheduling services for resident units
- Cleans entrances, floors, corridors, stairwells, and elevators in assigned buildings
- Assures assigned work area is maintained in a clean, sage, comfortable and attractive manner.
- Complete work orders for all safety and maintenance issues
- Performs any other duties assigned by Assistant Manager of Housekeeping or Manager of Housekeeping
Qualifications:
Job Knowledge:
General cleaning processes and terminal cleaning processes
Minimum Education Required:
8th grade education is required. Must be able to read and write in English to communicate with the residents
Experience:
Experience strongly preferred
