Your Opportunity
We are seeking a PRN RN for Home Health. Fleet Landing currently has over 140 healthcare beds including a post-acute unit, home health, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care.
We are seeking an RN whose primary responsibility is to supervise the care of assigned residents. Follows approved medical procedures in all aspects of resident care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counsel, care and health teaching of the ill, injured or infirm, and the maintenance of health and prevention of illness of others.
- Complete initial assessment within 24-48 hours of client admission and prepare care plan.
- Explains all procedures, treatments, medications, and client's plan of care to client and family as appropriate.
- Provides progress notes to client's healthcare provider, reports change of conditions or if there is a deviation from the plan or care, or at least every 60 days
- Directs activities of clinical care to LPNs, CNAs and other ancillary staff
- Provides written instructions and supervises the staff in the home
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Required:
Must be licensed Registered Nurse. Must hold a valid license for the State of Florida or show proof of an application for such. Current valid CPR certification required.
Experience:
Must have knowledge of all phases of nursing care to residents and previous experience in a convalescent home, skilled nursing facility, or general hospital with supervisory or charge nurse abilities. Some experience in geriatrics is preferable.
