Our Opportunity
We are seeking a Personalization/Move-In Coordinator who will provide customer service to Depositors for Fleet Landing at Nocatee as they seek more information about their future residence and as they request personalization and customization to the existing floor plan. We are seeking a highly-motivated relationship builder and team player who will embody the Vision, Mission, and Values of Fleet Landing at Nocatee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with all Depositors in personal appointments to review the details of their residence and their move.
  • Assist the Depositor in making finish selections, including but not limited to flooring, paint, cabinets, fixtures, countertops, and appliances from options provided by the interior design firm.
  • Prepare upgrade requests detailing the Depositor's proposed upgrade and submit it to the construction and architectural team for review via Blue Fingerprint.
  • Compile and update the Move-In guide.
  • Collaborate with construction partners to clarify personalization choices and special requests.
  • Counsel Depositors through the scaling down process including measurement and selection of furniture pieces appropriate to take to the senior living community from their current  residence.
  • Complete closing documents; coordinate appointment with management personnel for signing of closing documents
  • Perform walk through and coordinate with contractors and/or community maintenance personnel punch list items that need completion prior to Depositor/Resident walk through.
 
Qualifications:
 
Employment Variables:
May be required to work evenings, weekends, or through a lunch hour when work situations so dictate.
 
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
 
Experience:

Customer Service and/or one to two years experience in apartment make-readies is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
