Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Medication Technician [ Full-time, Weekends 6:45am-11:15pm] whose primary responsibility is to assist with scheduled medication and provide personalized care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities: Qualifications:
  • Assist with medications for resident according to their Medication Observation Record (MOR), if no errors are noted, uphold the residence’s philosophy, and protect resident privacy.
  • Document clearly and accurately on the Medication Observation Record (MOR) after a medication is taken/given, refused, held, discontinued, changed, disposed of, or returned.
  • Performs various administrative duties and responsibilities, such as: recording all entries on flow sheets; reporting all accidents; answering phones; relaying messages; referring messages appropriately.
  • Meets with nurse on a regular basis.
  • Assists residents with activities of daily living
Minimum Education Required:
Successful completion of 6 hour Medication Technician training  and maintain education with 2 hour continuous training per state requirements.
 
Experience:
Minimum of 6 months, preferred.
